    So that we can create the perfect catering offer for you, we need a little information from you. The date of your event, the planned duration and the number of guests are important. Also let us know what kind of catering you have in mind - Mediterranean, Bavarian, Asian or a colourful mix of everything? Should there only be cold dishes or hot ones too? Would you prefer it to be simple and casual or upscale and exquisite? In addition to the food, details such as drinks are also important. Would you like us to provide these? Do you need crockery, cutlery, glasses and perhaps tables with tablecloths for the buffet? If you need any other furniture, such as bar tables or lounge furniture, as well as decorations and service staff, please let us know. So that we can work exactly according to your ideas, it would be great if you could also let us know a budget for the catering. That way, we can put together an offer that suits you and your possibilities. Simply send us an email with the necessary information or fill out our contact form.   • How quickly will I receive an offer?
    Of course, both the scope and your requirements for the event and our personal commitment influence the offer. In most cases, we will send you an initial offer within 3 days.
  • What does catering cost?
    The cost of catering varies depending on your individual wishes and requirements. In order for us to give you an exact price, we need more details, such as the number of guests, the chosen menu, the type of catering and any additional services you may be considering. For an initial estimate, please take a look at our sample menus. We have tried to come as close as possible to a guide price. Simply contact us with the most important information and we will provide you with a tailor-made offer that perfectly matches your budget and your ideas. Transparent, fair and with no hidden fees.
  • How do I proceed if I want to book the catering with you?
    To place the order, we only need "Your event", "Cost overview" and "Conditions" of the offer. It is best to send it back to us by e-mail. We will send you an order confirmation as soon as we receive it.
  • I have received your offer. Do I have to accept the specified dishes or can I also exchange them?
    All the buffets we have on offer are merely suggestions. You can choose as you wish and individually according to your preferences. If a particular dish that you really want is not listed on our menu, please let us know. We are open to your own ideas and suggestions!
  • There are still so many details to be finalised, so I would like to wait before booking.
    Sometimes it takes time to clarify all the details. No stress. You can wait as long as you need. If you have any further questions or need help with planning, we're here to help. We'll be here when you're ready. However, remember that it's still an advantage to book early, as dates can get booked up quickly.
  • How large is the catchment area?
    The catchment area covers a radius of approximately 50 km around Emmerich. If your event takes place outside this area, no problem! In that case, we'll be happy to put together a special offer to suit your requirements. Just let us know where you want to go and we'll find a solution together.
  • Do I have to rinse the equipment or bring it back myself?
    No, you don't have to! We'll take care of it for you. After the event, we'll take care of collecting and cleaning the equipment. You can sit back, relax and enjoy the aftermath of your fantastic event while we take care of the rest. It's as simple as that!
  • From what minimum order value can I order?
    There is actually no fixed minimum order value. We want you to get exactly what you need. Whether it's a small celebration in a small circle or a larger event - we adapt to your needs. Nevertheless, our expenditure, personnel and goods input must be in an appropriate ratio. It is difficult to give a general answer. Take a look at our sample menus. In some places, we have indicated a minimum order value to serve as a guide. Simply contact us, let us know what you have in mind and we will put together an offer that suits you.
