Projekt Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks in our team:

 

  • Advising customers on their requirements and wishes (food, drinks, locations, products, services)

  • Responsibility for the implementation of events agreed with customers

  • Creating and calculating offers for events and catering

  • Planning and organization of events

  • Researching, commissioning and coordinating service partners

  • Purchasing in accordance with budget requirements

  • Implementation and control of high-quality events on site

  • Quality assurance: ensuring the process and quality of planning and implementation, permanent monitoring of event services

  • Follow-up of projects including cost control and preparation of invoicing

  • Trend scouting: researching trend products and current offers

  • Intensive cooperation with the relevant interface areas such as sales, purchasing, service & logistics

 

You will work closely with all colleagues in our team and exchange information regularly. Everything should run smoothly. You enjoy healthy, sustainable and creative food and want to play your part in feeding our customers. A team builds on each other and you are part of the kitchen crew!

What you bring with you:

 

Required:

  • Completed vocational training with several years of professional experience as an event manager or in the hotel, restaurant or catering industry

  • Strong project management skills

  • Confidence, persuasiveness and assertiveness, also when managing (external) employees

  • High customer and service orientation

  • Strong quality awareness

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Ability to communicate and work in a team

  • High motivation and absolute reliability

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, Sundays and public holidays (depending on event dates)

  • Fluent written and spoken German and good knowledge of another foreign language (preferably English)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Driving license class B is a basic requirement
