Service employee (m/f/d)

Hourly wage basis - Kleve

Your tasks in our team:

 

  • You will support our team in handling the general process before, during and after the event

  • Your area of responsibility includes:

  • Compliance with hygiene regulations,

  • Preparing events:

  • Putting together crockery, glasses, cutlery etc.

  • Checking food and loading cars

  • Carrying out events:

  • Adhere to procedures and maintain an overview,

  • Service activities and possibly bar activities,

  • Looking after and advising guests,

  • Maintaining flawless communication with the kitchen

  • Dismantling the event, e.g.

  • Sorting dishes and glasses into the correct transport boxes,

  • Care of the equipment

  • Manage the "warehouse": Sorting event equipment back after the event

 

You work closely with all colleagues in our team and exchange information regularly. Everything should run smoothly. You enjoy healthy, sustainable and creative food and want to play your part in feeding our customers. A team builds on each other and you are part of the kitchen crew!

What you bring with you:

 

Required:

  • Professional experience as a service employee

  • Knowledge & experience within the gastronomy/hotel industry

  • Willingness to work on weekends

  • High motivation and willingness to perform

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to take criticism and self-reflection as well as ability to deal with conflict

 

Desirable:

  • Class B driver's license

  • Knowledge of foreign languages

  • Bar/cocktail knowledge and/or wine knowledge
